The St. Mary's County Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, March 6, 2006, beginning at 6:30 p.m., in Room 135, Building 2 of the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center, located at 44219 Airport Road in California, Maryland, to discuss proposed amendments to the County's Transferable Development Rights (TDR) Program as found in the St. Mary's County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
The meeting is not a public hearing; however, the public is invited to attend and comments will be accepted.
