POSSESSION OF CDS: 02/17/06 9:30 p.m. A vehicle traveling northbound on U.S. Rt. 301, south of MD Rt. 228, was stopped speeding and a headlight being out. Upon contact with the driver, Mark Allen Nalborczyk, 18 years, of Bryans Road, an odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Nalborczyk and his passenger, Travis Allan Griffith, 20 years, of Newburg, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Nalborczyk was also wanted through the Charles County Detention Center for violation of probation. They were incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC R. POSSESSION OF CDS: 02/18/06 10:50 p.m. A vehicle was stopped southbound on MD Rt. 5 at Gallant Green Road for speeding. Upon contact with the driver, Terry Lee Coppage, 25 years, of La Plata, suspected marijuana flakes was observed on his shirt and pants. A probable cause search revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Coppage was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. POSSESSION OF CDS: 02/21/06 4:33 p.m. A vehicle traveling on Post Office Road at Barrington Drive was stopped for not having a front tag and an inoperable brake light. Upon contact with the driver, Darcel Roscoe Darby, 25 years, of Fort Washington, an odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause searched revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Darby was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
