On February 18, 2006 at 1438 hours, Donna Marie Dambrosio 54, of Great Mills, was traveling North on Maryland Route 5 in a 1995 Buick Century, in the area of Little Flower School, Callaway, St. Mary's County, Maryland. Donna Dambrosio crossed the center line into the path of a 1999 Honda Civic, operated by Patricia Ann Reynolds 61, of Callaway. As a result of the head on collision both operators were transported to St. Mary's Hospital, where Patricia Ann Reynolds succumbed to her injuries.
