POSSESSION OF CDS/CARRYING A CONCEALED DEADLY WEAPON: 02/07/06 11:23 p.m. A vehicle traveling on Western Parkway in the area of Pierce Road was stopped for window tint violation. The driver, Deante Farrell Proctor, 18 years, of Waldorf, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. A search incident to arrest revealed a quantity of suspected crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a pair of brass knuckles. He was subsequently charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Mr. Proctor was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC J. Edelen conducted this investigation.
