Damaged Property

Dynamic Tube and Pipe located at 2976 Penwick Lane in Dunkirk was the scene of a destruction of property. The crime appeared to have happened sometime between January 31 at 10:00 a.m. and February 4 at 4:40 p.m. The front door to the business had damage to it totaling $200.00. Dfc. P. Foote will continue to investigate this case.

Disorderly Conduct

On February 4, Dep. V. Bortchevsky was working security at the Calvert Skating Rink located at 1990 Chaneyville Road in Owings. A concert event involving various bands was occurring that evening. At approximately 11:00 p.m., Dep. Bortchevsky was asked by the owner to tell the final band that the concert was over and they were to dismantle their instruments and leave. The leader of the band, Philip C. Waisonovtz, 25, of Milford, CT, became upset and began acting in a disorderly manner. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Theft from Vehicle

On February 6 at 7:00 a.m., a victim on Red Cloud Road in Lusby called to report a theft. The victim told Dep. M.A. Jones that sometime between February 3 and that morning, someone had stolen his white 20GB iPod and iPod charger from his unlocked vehicle. The vehicle was parked in his driveway at the time of the theft. Dep. Jones will continue the investigation.
