LA PLATA, MD--The Charles County Commissioners announce that the Department of Planning and Growth Management's Permits Administration will offer a free seminar on Site Development within the Critical Area on Wednesday, February 8, 2006, at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room in the County Government Building. There will also be a Quarterly Seminar on 2001 Stormwater Management and Storm Drainage Ordinance on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room.
