POSSESSION OF CDS: 01/04/06 4:28 p.m. A vehicle traveling northbound on MD Rt. 205, south of Indian Lane was, stopped for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, Lawrence Marvin Johnson Jr., 21 years, of College Park, an odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Johnson was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC S. Murphy conducted this investigation.
POSSESSION OF CDS: 01/04/06 7:17 p.m. A vehicle traveling westbound on MD Rt. 227 at Padgett Drive was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, Joshua Kyle Robinson, 22 years, of Waldorf, signs of impairment were detected. A probable cause search revealed a quantity of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Robinson was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Charles County Detention Center pending a bond review. TFC R. Lemerise conducted this investigation.
