On 12-9, 2:20 PM, TFC Schmidt responded to the Prince Frederick K-Mart for a shoplifting complaint.

Investigation revealed that Cynthia Mae Oakley, 46, of North Beach, was detained by a store employee after she attempted to leave the premises with merchandise concealed on her person. Suspected prescription medication, suspected crack-cocaine residue, and CDS paraphernalia were also found on her person.

Ms. Oakley was subsequently placed under arrest for theft (-$500), possession of crack-cocaine, Methadone, Lorazepam, and CDS paraphernalia.

Acting on a statement made by Ms. Oakley, the vehicle in which she was riding was also searched. Additional CDS paraphernalia was located in the vehicle.

The operator, Mona Abdo Banik, 50, of Sunderland, was also found to be in possession of numerous prescription drugs. She was arrested at that time and charged with possession of Oxycodone, Percoset, and Methadone.

After processing, the two were incarcerated in the CCDC to await a commissioner's hearing.
