NRP Continues Hunting Accident Investigations


Maryland Natural Resources Police (NRP) is investigating a report Saturday (Dec. 10) of a hunting accident that occurred Friday morning, Dec. 9 in St. Mary's County. A male individual from Chaptico was part of a group of about 14 hunters who were hunting deer in the Wicomico Shores area. At about 10:15 a.m. another member of the party allegedly shot the individual in the arm. The individual drove himself to St. Mary's Hospital where he was treated and released with non-life threatening injuries.
