This retraction was received from the Calvert County Sherrif's Department today in regards to the story referenced in the following link:

On Nov. 17, 2005, it was reported that Michael C. Martin, 52, of Alexandria, Va., was indicted on October 20, 2005 in connection with thefts that were committed by his employer, Dexperts. It should be noted that Mr. Martin was not indicted in this case, however, he is an employee of Dexperts.
