On Nov. 9 at 2:30 p.m., Charles County Sheriff's officers responded to the Victoria Park Apartments in the 11000 block of Weymouth Court in Waldorf for the indecent exposure report.
Investigation revealed a man entered the elevator with a 75-year-old Marbury woman and when the door closed he exposed himself. Officers located the man inside the building and identified him as Stephon Alfonzo Harvey, 18, of Waldorf.
Officers charged him with indecent exposure. He is being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner. Officer E. Baker investigated.
