On Nov. 6 at 12:30 a.m., three 13-year-old boys and a 12-year-old boy, all from Clinton, left the movie theater at 11115 Mall Circle in Waldorf and were walking across the St. Charles Towne Center parking lot when two vehicles stopped beside them.
The 12 occupants of the vehicles demanded their property. The boys complied and the suspects stole several jackets, a backpack and items purchased from the mall. The suspects returned to their vehicles and fled. The boys located an off-duty Maryland State Police trooper approximately a half-hour later at a nearby restaurant and reported the incident. The suspects are only described as 12 black males. They were traveling in a green Ford Explorer and a green van.
