October 31, 2005 at approximatley 8:30 a. m., Dep. Christopher Byrd responded to a California, MD residence for a reported domestic assault.
On arrival, investigation revealed that during an argument with Christina Marie James of California, MD, Jomar Abrigo Sadler, age 20, of California, MD shoved James to the ground. Sadler was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. He was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and arraigned before a District Court Commissioner and later released on Personal Bond.
