On Oct. 27 at 5:56 p.m., Officer R. Peters and Cpl. C. Schmidt conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at VFW Road near Crain Highway in Waldorf.
Investigation revealed the passenger, Franklin Troye Jones Jr., 21, of College Park was in possession of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Jones was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
