Stanley Martin At Wildewood Wins Monument Awards

The 2005 Monument Awards sponsored by the Greater Washington Sales and Marketing Council honored the Wildewood Community with three coveted awards. The ceremony held on October 20, 2005 in Bethesda, MD, recognized the following winners:

• The Ark for the Best Townhome under $300,00.
• The Emory for the Best Attached Homes between $300-350,000
• Wildewood: Best Land Plan Award of Merit
