Two Men Arrested in Waldorf for Drugs


On Oct. 7 at approximately 3 p.m, Officer J. Timko responded to a citizen's report of a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot in the 3200 block of Crain Highway in Waldorf.

Officer Timko approached the vehicle and found it was occupied by Gary Clayton Lincoln, 42, of Waldorf and Timothy Lee Moore, 41, of Mechanicsville. Investigation revealed Lincoln was wanted in Charles County for telephone misuse. Lincoln was placed under arrest.

A search of the vehicle revealed cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and bottles of prescription medication without labels. Lincoln and Moore were charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and cocaine, possession of drug manufacturing equipment, manufacturing cocaine, possession of marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia and removing the label from prescription medication.

They are being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
