Man Robbed at Gunpoint While Walking Down Waldof Street


On Oct. 3 at 11:54 p.m., a vehicle stopped beside a 27-year-old Washington, D.C., man who was walking in the 4000 block of Bluebird Drive in Waldorf. A man exited the vehicle, brandished a shotgun and demanded money. Another man exited the vehicle, searched the victim and stole his car keys, wallet and cell phone. The men returned to their vehicle, a gray or brown early 90's model four-door Honda Accord driven by a third person, and fled. The victim was not injured.

The suspects, including the driver, are described as black males between 18 and 20 years of age. One suspect was wearing a black skull cap and black clothing. The other suspect had braided hair and was wearing black clothing. The driver also had braided hair and was wearing a red shirt. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Charles County Sheriff's Office at 301-932-7777. Officer A. Celia is investigating.
