PAXRVR Awards over $175M In Contract Mods


CSC Applied Technologies LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $44,255,396 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-02-C-3052) to exercise an option for operations and maintenance support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Atlantic Ranges and Facilities Department and the Test Article Preparation Department. The estimated level of effort is 953,500 labor hours. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed in September 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $38,071,273 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-05-C-0076) for non-recurring design efforts associated with Phase II of the MH-60R Block I Upgrade. Efforts to be provided include development and/or integration of the Global Antenna System; Identification Friend or Foe Mode 5 and Mode S; Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module; Mission Planning System; Joint Mission Planning System; Satellite Communications; Ground Protection Warning System; KU Band; CV Integration; Built-in-Simulator; MK-54; Electronic Surveillance Measures; and Right Hand Extended Pylon. Work will be performed in Owego, N.Y., and is expected to be completed in June 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $14,442,307 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00019-03-G-0003) for the manufacturing and installation of eight Fixed Provisions and five Removable Mission Equipment to be installed on the MH-60S aircrafts. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn. (82 percent) and Crestview, Fla. (18 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

DYNCORP International LLC, Irving, Texas, is being awarded a $9,803,402 estimated value modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursable contract (N00019-01-C-0019) to exercise an option for aircraft maintenance and logistical life cycle support for ten Navy and Marine Corps UC-35 aircraft. Work will be performed at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, Calif. (17 percent); Andrews Air Force Base, Andrews, Md. (17 percent); MCAS Futenma, Japan (16 percent); Naval Air Station (NAS) New Orleans, La. (15 percent); MCAS Cherry Point, N.C. (15 percent); Wichita, Kansas (10 percent); and Bridgeport, W.V. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Rolls-Royce Defense Services Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded a $63,260,398 fixed-price modification to a previously awarded requirements contract (N00019-03-D-0012) to exercise an option for Power-By-the-Hour (PBTH®) logistics support for approximately 188 T-45 F405-RR-401 engines. Work will be performed at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, Miss. (50 percent); NAS Kingsville, Texas (48.94 percent); and NAS Patuxent River, Md. (1.06 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Wolf Coach Inc., Auburn, Mass., is being awarded a $5,220,385 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-03-D-0065) to exercise an option for the procurement of 17 mobile communication platforms and optional upgrades for the Naval Air Systems Command’s Special Communications Requirements Division. Work will be performed in Auburn, Mass., and is expected to be completed in September 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity.
