On Sept. 25 at 1:37 p.m., Officer T. Hemsley observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Billingsley Road and St. Charles Parkway in Waldorf. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the driver failed to stop until he reached his residence on Brightwell Court in Waldorf. Officer Hemsley identified the driver as Mark Thomas Anderson, 32, and issued him traffic citations for failure to stop at a stop sign and attempting to elude police.
