Truck Set on Fire in Owings


Dep. James W. Smith responded to South Point Court in Owings on Sunday, Sept. 18 at 10:00 p.m. for a reported vehicle fire. The victim stated that someone had set his truck on fire. There was major fire damage to the front end of the 2003 Ford Explorer, estimated at $25,000.00. Deputy State Fire Marshal John Tennyson arrived and collected evidence. The CIT Division is handling the investigation.
