On September 16, 2005, members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Drug Unit received information that Marijuana was being grown on the rear deck of a residential daycare center in Lexington Park. Drug unit members confirmed there was Marijuana growing on the rear deck and obtained a search warrant for the premises. Upon service of the warrant, one Marijuana Plant was seized from the rear deck and additional 30 grams was recovered from the residence along with related paraphernalia. Angela M. Clopper and John Edward Clopper Jr. were arrested and charged with possession of Marijuana.
