St. Mary's County Police Reports


On 09/15/05, Amy Roberta Fitzgerald, 33 years old of Hollywood, was served an arrest warrant charging her with 1st degree burglary and two counts of theft over $500 from a residence in St. Inigoes, Maryland. Fitzgerald was transported to the detention center pending bond review.

Sometime between the evening of 09/14/05 and the early morning of 09/15/05, unknown culprit(s) stole a 6' K-9 animal trap located in the yard of a residence on Hampton Drive in Lexington Park, MD.

September 13, 2005 Dfc. Elizabeth Trossbach arrested James Louis Tennison Sr., age 75 of Leonardtown on a warrant charging violation of probation. James Tennison was taken to the detention center where he awaits arraignment in Circuit Court.

September 14, 2005 Dfc. Elizabeth Trossbach arrested Christopher Lee Goldsborough, age 18 of Loveville, MD by Criminal Summons. He was charged with Theft Under $500 and Burglary, 2nd Degree. The charges are the result of a July Burglary investigation by Dfc. Trossbach of a Mechanicsville residence in which currency and power tools were taken. Christopher Lee Goldsborough was released pending a preliminary inquiry in District Court.

September 15, 2005 Sheriff's Deputies responded to a Lexington Park residence for a reported disturbance. On arrival Dfc. Todd Fleenor discovered Roy Arthur Sims, age 28 was at the residence and in contact with the complainant in violation of a District Court Protective Order. Dfc. Fleenor took Sims into custody. Dfc. Cara Grumbles transported Roy Arthur Sims to St. Mary's County Detention Center where he awaits arraignment before a District Court Commissioner for Violation of a Protective Order.

September 15, 2005 SDfc. Earl Young investigated a meter tampering and property destruction at a Mechanicsville home. The investigation revealed Joseph Ivan Delozier, age 19 of Port Tobacco, MD forced open the electrical meter box, damaging the meter box. The damage to the box is estimated at $50.00. Joseph Ivan Delozier was charged by Criminal Citation with Malicious Destruction of Property and Meter Tampering. He was released pending a Preliminary Inquiry in District Court.

September 15, 2005, SDfc. Earl Young investigated a theft and meter tampering at another Mechanicsville residence. The investigation revealed James Harrison Price, age 45 of Mechanicsville, MD entered the electric box at the Mechanicsville home and connected the electric service. James Harrison Price was charged by Criminal Citation with Meter Tampering and Theft. He was released pending a Preliminary Inquiry in District Court.
