September 15, 2005, DFC. Elizabeth Trossbach arrested Andrew Joseph Thomas, age 44 of Mechanicsville, MD on outstanding warrants. The warrant charges Harassment, Telephone Misuse/Obscene and Telephone Misuse, Repeat Calls. The warrant was a result of an investigation by Dep. Angela Muller at a Mechanicsville residence in which Thomas is alleged to have called the victim's home repeatedly, using profanity between August 14 and August 19, 2005.
A second warrant served by Dfc. Trossbach for Violation of a Protective Order was for a September 8, 2005 investigation by Dep. Muller and Dep. William Kile. Andrew Joseph Thomas is alleged to have contacted or attempted to contact Robyn Bowker in violation of Protective Order issued in District Court. Andrew Joseph Thomas was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he awaits arraignment before a District Court Commissioner.
