On 09/12/05 SDFC Timothy Butler #51 of the Patrol division stopped a vehicle in the area of Three Notch Road and Flora Corner Road. As a result of the stop, the driver identified as Thomas Theodore Clarke 46 years old, of Waldorf, was arrested for driving on a suspended Maryland license. A subsequent search revealed he was in possession of crack cocaine and over $1000.00 in cash. He was arrested and taken to the adult detention center pending a bond hearing.
09/12/05 SDFC Daniel Snyder #89 conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 234 and Route 238. A check of the vehicle revealed it was stolen along with the Maryland registration plates. The driver identified as Raymond Stanley Morgan III, 18 years old, of Waldorf was arrested and charged with felony theft. He was taken to the detention center pending a bond hearing.
