Robert Smith of Lusby Assaults Burger King Manager

On August 25th, 2005 at 11:31 pm, Dfc Cress responded to the Burger King located at 13410 H.G. Trueman Road, Solomons, Md. for a reported disorderly conduct. Investigation revealed the suspect, Robert E. Smith, 42 years old of Lusby, Md. had assaulted the Burger King manager and was acting disorderly. When confronted by Dfc Cress the suspect continued to be disorderly. He was placed under arrest and charged with 2nd Degree assault and disorderly conduct.
