On August 22nd, 2005 at 8:15 pm, Dfc Shrawder responded to the K-Mart located at 935 Solomons Island Road, Prince Frederick, Md. for a reported theft. He contacted the store’s Loss Prevention Office who said he saw a male entered the restroom carrying four (4) music cd’s, when he left the restroom his hands were empty. Four (4) cd cases were located in the trashcan of the restroom. The male was confronted outside the store and the cd’s were recovered. The suspect was identified as Clifton J. Cole, 21 years old of Prince Frederick, Md. He was charged on a criminal citation with theft and released.
