In the early morning hours of 08/24/05, Christopher Michael Grant, 31 years old, entered Nicolletti's Pizza in California using a key and removed over $1300.00 from the safe. Mr. Grant was an employee of the business.
An arrest warrant was obtained for Grant for the burglary and theft. At approximately 1400 hours, Grant turned himself in and over $1000.00 was recovered. Grant was taken to the St. Mary's County Detention Center where he was served with the warrant charging him with Burglary 2nd Degree and Theft over $500.00.
