On 08/13/05 at approximately 0120 hours, Deputy Michael R. Worrey responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Three Notch Road and Mataponi Road south of Lexington Park. The operator of the vehicle, identified as Diane Lynn Bissett, 31 years old of Lexington Park, was found by Deputy Worrey to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Ms. Dean was transported to St. Mary's Hospital for injuries and was subsequently charged for driving under the influence of alcohol.
