Charles County Sheriff's Office, Crime Solvers Seek Information About Theft Of Alcoholic Beverages


The Charles County Sheriff's Office and Charles County Crimes Solvers are looking to the public for help in identifying a man caught on a surveillance camera stealing alcoholic beverages from Claudia's Steak House at Hawthorne Country Club.

The suspect forced entry into the restaurant's walk-in refrigerator and stole less than $500 worth of alcoholic beverages sometime between 4:40 a.m. and 4:50 a.m. July 3. The restaurant is located a 8760 Hawthorne Road in La Plata. Detectives have released photographs obtained from surveillance equipment and are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect.
