Britton Charged with DUI and Drug Possession in Chesapeake Beach

On August 6th, 2005 at 1:08 am, Dfc Wilson conducted a traffic stop on Rt 261 in the area of 31st Street, Chesapeake Beach, Md. Based on observations made during the stop, the driver, Kevin F. Britton, 36 years old of Chesapeake Beach, Md. was placed under arrest for DUI. A search incident to the arrest produced a non-conventional smoking device containing residue of suspected marijuana. Britton was charged with possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia.
