Theft, Unlawful Entry and Inmates Fighting in St. mary's


Between July 24 and August 5, 2005, undetermined suspects cut a lock to a shed and stole a mini bike racer from the home of Robert Wagner in Lexington Park, MD. The value of the loss was estimated at $410.00. The mini bike is described as a Racer, 5.5 horsepower, red, white, and blue in color. Investigation by Dfc. James Molitor is continuing.

August 6, 2005 at the home of Daniel Green of Mechanicsville, MD, a suspect entered the home through a window. Nothing was discovered missing in this incident however there was evidence inside the home that someone had been inside. Investigation by Dfc. Brian Connelly is continuing.

August 6, 2005, Detention Center inmate Duke James Hall, age 37 is accused of striking inmate James Morgan. Dep. Christopher Byrd charged Duke James Hall with Assault 2nd Degree. Duke Hall was arraigned before a District Court Commissioner and is held on $1.500.00 bond.
