Drug Bust in Lex Park

In early 2005, Jonathan B Nabisaga, 25 YOA of Great Mills, was indicted by a St. Mary’s Grand Jury for possession with intent to distribute Methamphetamine. The indictment was the result of an investigation by members of the St. Mary’s Bureau of Criminal Investigations Vice/Narcotics Unit in November 2004, which resulted in the seizure of over 100 pills of Ecstasy from Nabisaga’s residence in Great Mills. Nabisaga left St. Mary’s County before the indictment could be served and investigators have been attempting to locate him ever since.

On August 3, 2005, investigators with the BCI Vice/Narcotics Section obtained information that Nabisaga had returned to town and was visiting a bar in Lexington Park. Investigators responded to the establishment and observed Nabisaga in the parking lot where he was arrested. A search incident to his arrest resulted in the seizure of 298 pills of Ecstasy (street value $5,735), 47 doses of LSD (street value $235), 6 grams of Marijuana (value $50), 1 gram of Crystal Meth (street value $100) and $995 in currency. Nabisaga was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held with no bond on the Grand Jury Indictment. Additional charges of possession with intent to distribute Methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute LSD were also filed with the District Court Commissioner.
