On 7/26/05, Lori Maria Dickerson, 39, was involved in a physical altercation with her husband, Francis Aubrey Dickerson. Ms. Dickerson and Mr. Dickerson reside at 39390 Sunnyside Road. The altercation in which Lori Dickerson was the aggressor became a mutual battery. Lori Dickerson departed the residence, but never left the property. After a short period of time, Lori Dickerson returned to the residence and set the bed in the master bedroom on fire.
At the time of the fire, there were four adults other than Lori Dickerson in the residence along with an eleven year old child who was sleeping. Dickerson was charged with 2nd. Degree Assault, 4 counts of reckless endangerment, and one count of property destruction over $500.00.
