77 Y/O Pennsylvania Man Arrested for Rape in California, MD

On 07/21/05 the St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations conducted a rape examination. Investigation revealed the victim, a 37 year old female, from Pennsylvania was sexually assaulted by the suspect, Robert Hoban, 77 years of age, also from Pennsylvania. The assault occurred at the Sleep Inn, 23428 Three Notch Road California, St. Mary’s County, Maryland. Hoban was arrested, incarcerated in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with one count of second degree rape and one count of third degree sex offense.
