Chaptico Man Threatens Suicide, Violates Protective Order


St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to a residence in Chaptico for the report of a Violation of a Protective Order. Deputy William Rishel's investigation revealed that Suspect John Lee Farrell, Jr. was at the residence in violation of an existing Protective Order. Deputy Rishel apprehended Suspect Farrell later that same day after attempting to locate him regarding his threats of suicide. Suspect Farrell was taken to St. Mary's Hospital for an evaluation.
