St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy Angela Muller located Suspect Ashley Nicole Garcia of La Plata and served her with a Criminal Summons. The charging document states that Suspect Garcia wrote a check in the amount of $167.78 to Fairland Market, Inc. of Hollywood, without having sufficient funds to cover the check. Suspect Garcia was arrested, charged with Bad Check Under $500, released on her personal recognizance and is awaiting a court date.
