On 7/9/05 at approximately 0150 hours members of BCI responded to Leonardtown for the reported rape. Further investigation revealed that Gerald Foley forced a 43 year old female from Leonardtown to have sexual intercourse against her will. Foley was arrested and charged with 2nd degree rape and 2nd degree assault. Investigation continues by BCI.
