On July 4 at 2:35 a.m., Charles County Sheriff's officers responded to a residence in the 12400 block of Turtle Dove Place in Waldorf for the armed robbery report. Investigation revealed two people got into a verbal argument and one of the individuals left the residence. A short time later the individual returned, brandished a handgun and demanded property from two 19-year-old men, a 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old man. The suspect stole shoes, cell phones, car keys and an undisclosed amount of money from the four victims and fled the scene in a vehicle. The victims were not injured. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has braids. He was wearing a white tank top and baggy blue jeans.
