Drug-Related Arrests in Calvert


CDS Violation

On June 21st, 2005 at 1:00 am, Dfc Phelps conducted a traffic stop on Md Rt 4 and Plum Point Rd., Huntingtown, Md. Dfc Phelps detected an odor of burnt marijuana. Based on observations made during the stop, a search of the rear passenger and the area where she was sitting was conducted. A small baggie of suspected marijuana was found on her person and a small baggie of suspected marijuana was located on the rear seat floorboard. She was identified as Rennetta L. Baker, 19 years old of No Fixed Address. She was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where she was charged with possession of CDS.

CDS Violation

On June 24th, 2005 at 6:54 am, Cpl Moschetto conducted a traffic stop on Md. Rt. 4 and Md. Rt. 509, Prot Republic, Md. Based on observations made during the stop, the operator; Steven R. Hill, 39 years old of Lusby, Md. was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and a non-conventional smoking device. He was placed under and charged with possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was also issued several traffic citations.
