*The Retreat will be conducted by a professional facilitator to continue to build an effective and cohesive leadership team that will move leadership to the County Commissioners' goals and objectives. The Retreat will solely concern the executive function of the executive branch of County government and the legal framework of the operation of the County Commissioners as the chief executive body and the chief legislative body of County government. The Retreat will not include matters constituting the legislative, quasi-legislative and advisory functions of County government, except to receive legal advice on specific legal matters relating to those governmental functions.
