More than 70 law enforcement officers participated in the 8th Annual Combat Pistol Match hosted by the Charles County Sheriff's Office at the St. Charles Sportsmen Club May 21 and 22. During the pistol match, shooters were presented with real life situations for police officers. The competitors were required to shoot on the move and from fixed positions, use cover, conduct tactical reloads and exercise judgment throughout six courses of fire using patrol handguns, rifles and shotguns.
