Sheriff's Office Deputy Jason Maletto responded to the reported disabled vehicle off of Hermanville Road. Upon arrival he made contact with the vehicle operator, Jason Victor Jones of Lexington Park. The vehicle was disabled due to the operator failing to negotiate a curve. Suspect Jones displayed outward signs of intoxication and failed the roadside tests. He was arrested and transported to the Detention Center where he is awaiting a hearing before the District Court Commissioner.
Deputy Milton Pesante conducted a traffic stop in the area of Charlotte Hall and identified the operator as Kenneth Steele Estepp Jr. Deputy Pesante detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. With other indications of intoxication the Suspect was requested to perform roadside tests and he failed. He was arrested and transported to the Detention Center.
Sheriff's Office Deputy Robert A. Russell located Suspect Dana Marie Nolan and served a Criminal Summons on her for Bad Check. The worthless check was passed to Nicolletti's Pizza in the amount of $32.11. The Suspect is released pending a Preliminary Hearing.
Dfc. John W. Cusic encountered Suspect Keith Leonard Childs in the Lexington Park area and conducted a wanted check. That check revealed that Childs, who was just released from prison, was wanted out of the State of Arkansas for Robbery, Theft and Felony in Possession of a Handgun. He was arrested and transported to the Detention Center where a Felony Fugitive Warrant was completed and he will face extradition.
Sheriff's Office Deputy Joseph L. Somerville conducted a traffic stop in Loveville, Maryland. Upon contacting the operator Deputy Somerville observed outward signs of intoxication and he failed the roadside tests. He was arrested and transported to the Detention Center to await a hearing before the District Court Commissioner.
