On June 6 at 7:58 p.m., Charles County Sheriff's officers responded to St. Charles Towne Center at 11110 Mall Circle in Waldorf for the report of a fight in progress. The Investigation revealed that two groups of people became involved in a fight. Two off-duty Sheriff's officers, two mall security officers and four off-duty police officers from other agencies were in the mall at the time of the incident. They detained several participants in the fight and restored order within the crowd.
On-duty Sheriff's officers arrived shortly thereafter and made four arrests. Carlton Kurshaw Page, 24, of Bowie, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing the Peace and with Second Degree Assault for assaulting a mall security guard. Ryan Joshua Seagears, 20, of Upper Marlboro, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing and Hindering for failing to comply when an officer ordered him to leave after he began speaking with a defendant who was already under arrest. Gabriel Michael Love, 19, of Temple Hills, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing the Peace. Garrett Lloyd Sparks, 22, of Bowie, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing and Hindering and with Second Degree Assault for assaulting one of the off-duty police officers. Officers M.
