Drug-Related Arrests in Calvert


CDS Violation/DUI

On June 1st, 2005 at 1:50 am, Deputy Milam conducted a traffic stop on Md. Rt. 231 in the area of Adelina Rd., Prince Frederick, Md. Based on observations made during the stop, Leroy (NMN) Mackall 49 years old of Prince Frederick, Md. was arrested for DUI. A search incident to arrest revealed two baggies containing suspected cocaine and a non-conventional smoking device on the driver's side floorboard and two baggies containing suspected cocaine on the passenger's side floorboard. Mackall was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

CDS Violation

On June 1st, 2005 at 2:21 am, Dfc Wilson conducted a traffic stop that resulted in an arrest for DUI. Deputy Cox searched the vehicle incident to the arrest. He located a suspected piece of crack cocaine on the passenger's side front seat. Another piece of suspected crack cocaine was located on the passenger's side floorboard. A non-conventional smoking device was located in the center console. Based on the search, the passenger, Anthony J. Pessagno, 38 years old of Owings was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with possession of CDS.


CDS Violation

On June 4th, 2005 at 1:08 am, Dfc Wilson responded to a residence in the 8700 block of Chesapeake Light House Dr., North Beach, Md. for a report of underage drinking. He entered the home and observed suspected marijuana on a table. Based on investigation the following were arrested for possession of CDS:

David S. Bennsky Jr., 20 years old of North Beach, Md.

Thomas C. Pietropaoli, 19 years old of Mechanicsville, Md.

Jaclyn R. Chaillet, 18 years old of Chesapeake Beach, Md.

Susan M. Furr, 18 years old of Chesapeake Beach, Md.

Thomas L. Campbell, 19 years old of North Beach, Md.

Dalton T. Mackall, 22 years old of Chesapeake Beach, Md.

Marvin J. Alston, 20 years old of Huntingtown, Md.

All suspects were transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
