Will Give Keynote Address at Ceremony in Ridge
RIDGE, MD - Congressman Steny Hoyer will observe Memorial Day, May 30, 2005, in St. Mary's County with local elected officials and members of the Ridge community. Congressman Hoyer will give the keynote address at American Legion Post 255 during the Memorial Day celebration.
Local dignitaries who are expected to attend include Captain Zachary Henry, Commanding Officer, Patuxent River Naval Air Station; State Senator Roy Dyson; Delegate John Bohanan; and the St. Mary's County Commissioners.
The American Legion Post 255 is located at 13390 Point Lookout Road in Ridge, MD. The event is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m.
