PAXRVR Awards Contracts to Bell-Boeing & Northrop Grumman


Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $16,000,000 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00019-93-C-0006) to provide additional funds for the CV-22 engineering and manufacturing development program. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (50 percent) and Ridley Park, Pa. (50 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a $10,206,448 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-03-C-0044) to upgrade 10 E-2C Group II aircraft to the Group II navigation upgrade configuration. Work will be performed in St. Augustine, Fla., and is expected to be completed in November 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.
