PAXRVR Awards New Contracts


Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $5,386,035 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price time and materials contract (N00019-03-C-0006) to exercise an option for the fiscal year 2005 Special Progressive Aircraft Rework of one VH-60N Executive Helicopter. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in September 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $5,386,035 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

LTM Inc., Havelock, N.C., is being awarded a $16,609,804 estimated value modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-01-D-0101) to exercise an option for approximately 353,600 hours of maintenance planning and design interface technical/management support services for the Naval Air Depot (NAVAIRDEP), Cherry Point, N.C. These services include evaluating initial designs and proposed design changes, maintenance planning, and sustaining maintenance plans. Work will be performed at NAVAIRDEP Cherry Point, N.C. (99 percent), and at various locations across the United States (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in April 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
