McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded an $18,946,206 firm-fixed-price contract for non-recurring engineering services associated with, and the production of, 12 T-45 Required Avionics Modernization Program (RAMP) retrofit kits and two simulator avionics retrofit kits. In addition, this contract provides for technical data, integrated logistics support, and approximately 25 spare kit components. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo. (99 percent) and Kingsville, Texas (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in May 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
