On 03-30-05 St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Deputy Michael R. Worrey responded to a call for a person trespassing. Suspect Jeffrey Samuel Jones was found to be trespassing on a home owners property that was clearly posted with no trespassing notices located in Leonardtown. Suspect Jones was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center and charged with Trespassing. Suspect is currently awaiting a court date.

Somerville served a Circuit Court True Bill Indictment on Suspect Sean Foley Somerville for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute. Suspect Somerville was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention Center, charged with the above violations and is currently incarcerated awaiting a court date.
