St. Mary's: Bad Check, Stolen Vehicles, & DUI


On 03/15/05 Deputy Eva Snyder served a criminal summons on Terrill Lamar Bradford, 24 of Great Mills, Md. The criminal summons charges Bradford with obtaining goods and services from Fairland Markets by a bad check.

On 03/14/05 DFC Eric S. Walker responded to Point Lookout Road in Ridge for a reported theft. Alan Dean reported that 1985 Kawasaki motorcycle and a Honda 4 track 250 was stolen from his residence within the past month.

On 03/15/05 DFC Emory Johnson responded to Three Notch Road, Hollywood fro a reported theft. Christopher Bailey reported that between 03/10-15/05 unknown persons stole his Polaris Predator ATV four wheeler from his residence.

On 03/16/05 at 0100 hours Deputy terry Kile stopped a white Chevrolet pickup truck on Three Notch road in the area of Laurel Glen Shopping Center. The truck was displaying Maryland passenger car tags. The driver was identified as Charles Rodger Wathen. It was determined that Wathen had been drinking. Deputy Kile conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Test which Wathen failed. He was subsequently arrested and charged with DUI. It was also discovered that Wathen had an outstanding warrant from the Maryland State Police. That warrant was served by the Maryland State Police.

On 31/16/05 Deputy Angela Muller served a bench warrant on Sandra Lynn Danchak. The warrant charges Danchak with Failure to Appear in District Court for a Trespassing complaint.
